We are looking for a photo for our blog header (behind the "Something Extraordinary" words). If you are interested, please submit a photo of the Salt Lake or 33rd Ward area (be as creative as you like).
If you are interested in submitting a photo:

--Please limit submissions to three (3) per applicant.
--Include in the email:
--Your name
--Phone number
--Email address
--Title of photo, if applicable
--We will announce the winner and two (2) runners up on March 15, 2010. (No cash prizes.)
